i found the hardest part was getting the arms to swing away from the body as you come into the ball and past it for about 8 inches or so but once you have it the system works great with every club and a lot of pros seemed to use Lee's system when hitting chips and pitches, open stance and push the arms through past impact then around to a high finish.
i find from about 160 to about 170 my 5 iron is one of my best shots and i often try and leave about that distance to the green and often drive off with my 1 iron to do this. i play a lot of links golf and keeping the ball on the fairway is a must as the rough if sometimes up to your knees here.
