Hi all,
Being quite new to the game I am hoping someone out there can give me some advice on ball selection. I know some balls spin more easily than others and so are more likely to make sliced shots even worse, and that the compression of a ball should be matched to your swing speed. I have been told that my swing is fairly slow and I do tend to slice the odd shot or two when playing with my higher irons and woods so I am hoping a ball change may help, even if only by a small amount.
I am reasonably happy with my short game for now, a bit more distance and accuracy with the woods and long irons and I'm sure I'll be consistently in the low 90's instead of hovering around the 100 mark.
I play with Mizuno Mx-15 irons and MP-001 woods, all steel shafted and regular flex if that makes any difference. By the way I'm not made of money so no recommending balls that cost £3 each, I lose at least 2 a round and can't afford them
Cheers in advance for any help,
