      About 6 or 7 mths ago I made this comment on this thread, thinking I might shout myself some new clubs if and when my h/cap got down to a level that I was comfortable that I had earned them...

      If that makes any sense...

      Last week, I was been given a set of Maxfli Revolution Irons to trial.

      It was fair to say that I was a little apprehensive standing on the 1st tee, 4 Iron in hand, after having hit every 3rd or 4th ball on the practice range horribly thin and running the ball along the ground.

      Across the round, I was happy with the way I struck these clubs, apart from one scrubbed 6I, and would shoot an even par to handicap round.

      So, I now find myself in a little bit of a quandry...

      I'm going to play one more round with the new bats, but, I still have a fairly large soft spot for my Ping ISI's...

      OK, gentlemen, any thoughts...???

          Well, I've changed since November. My fairways are now Callaway Diablo Edge
          Tour 15* and 18*. I have also gone back to my Callaway X Tour Wedges 50* and 56*. Everything else is the same.

            Titleist 690CB 4-PW (New to the Bag)

            Titleist Vokey 56°
            Srixon/Tour Edition 60°
            Ping C67 Putter

            The new irons are 1" over std length and have Dynamic Gold S300 stiff shafts in them. Very happy with them and shot 78 at Werribee GC at my last start last Sunday. Very Happy.

                  I use my bag when i am out of my track of golf or i am on any tournament. Then i use following things to put in my bags..
                  Irons Sets
                  Fairway Woods
                  Golf Wedges.
                  Golf Packages Set
                  Hybrids & Utilities
                  Golf Putters
                  Golf Packages Set
                  Extra shows
                  Water.
