A new highlight: Golfing the home course on Christmas Day.
I say it too often: If it's golf club shaped, you can play with it.
For the record, I'm a club doctor, not a swing doctor.

Quick and easy? I'm glad you didn't say cheap.
Go see a local pro. Take a few lessons and get some sound swing fundamentals.
That's by best tip and hint. Beyond that, remember that everything you read worked for someone - but everything you read won't work for you. Learn your putter - love your putter. Half your shots (or more) will be taken with it, so learn how to judge your weight.

Originally posted by HughmackNo quick fixes best tip I can offer is get a couple of lessons and get the basics in place - Grip, Stance, Posture, alignment - and always remember to enjoy.
So I should rejoice at water hazards, out of bounds and 3-putts ... I knew I was missing something
